Raytheon's Integrated Defense Solutions (IDS) HR Employee Services team is seeking a HR Employee Services Specialist who is excited about working in a fast paced, action oriented environment, partnering with the Talent Acquisition team, human resources and management to provide support for the interview scheduling process. The HR Employee Services Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of the interview process including scheduling phone/on-site interviews, setting up candidate travel, processing candidate expenses and other administrative duties aligned with the End2End interview process. This role will require an individual who has the ability to multi task and prioritize work based on the business needs.

Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:
  • Engage with key stakeholders as a coordinator to align with the recruitment strategies and hiring needs
  • Schedule phone, in-person and/or video conferencing interviews for managers
  • Schedule interviews based on the manager and candidate availability
  • Send confirmation emails to managers and candidates outlining the interview details
  • Process domestic and international travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Process reimbursements for candidate expenses according to internal processes and policies
  • Update applicant tracking tool with interview details
  • Performs additional duties as required

Required Skills:
  • 2+ years Administrative Experience
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Prior experience in an administrative support or customer service oriented role
  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and perform under pressure with accuracy
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different teams
  • Ability to work with confidential information with discretion and a high level of trust
  • Demonstrate ability as a team player
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and independently with individuals at all levels in the organization and team to deliver results

Desired Skills:
  • Associate’s degree in HR, Business, or related discipline
  • Prior work experience as a Human Resources specialist/administrator
  • Excellent analytical, trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Able to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment
  • Ability to utilize HR systems such as PeopleSoft and Brassring

Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma

All these job responsibilities are to be executed in harmony with Raytheon's Code of Business Ethics and Conduct policy which sets the standard by which we operate and how we treat others.

This position requires a U.S. person or the ability to obtain an Export Authorization from the appropriate government agency for non-U.S. persons
