Raytheon is seeking a Cybersecurity Operations Manager.
The Cybersecurity Operations Manager provides leadership on the program to develop, modernize, enhance, operate, integrate, and sustain all services in support of the NGA Cybersecurity Operations Cell (CSOC). The Cybersecurity Operations Manager is responsible for all technical performance and will serve as the primary point of contact within the program for all CSOC services and collaboration with other service providers. The Cybersecurity Operations Manager must be located on-site at NCE.

Lead and manages the daily operations of all CSOC services under the contract.
Guide and direct performance of contract personnel to ensure the secure operation of NGA’s global enterprise from cyber threats and remove any obstacles to superior performance.
Provide cybersecurity operations expertise and guidance for the design, development, implementation, operations and sustainment of CSOC services that enhance overall system performance and availability.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders, to include Chief Cybersecurity Engineer, to support the research, analysis, solution design, and implementation planning of solution for the modernization of existing CSOC solutions and infrastructure.
Drive strategic technological innovation, demonstrating a breadth and depth of knowledge in all things related to the complex operations of a CSOC.
Provide technical knowledge and analysis of high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration advice on complex matters that require expert level knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation.
Demonstrated specialized experience with implementing, engineering, integrating, architecting, designing, or operating cybersecurity technologies (15 years).
Demonstrated experience leading a cybersecurity operations center with a constituency size greater than 10,000 users (2 years).
Demonstrated experience modernizing cybersecurity operations centers.
Demonstrated experience presenting briefs to senior customer management and customer stakeholders.
Certified DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Management Officer (IAM) Level III and Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) Manager.
Demonstrated 5 or more years of experience in implementing and monitoring cybersecurity capabilities for systems and services in cloud environments, including hybrid cloud environments.
Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity operations with emphasis on NGA capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in Computer Science, Cyber Security Engineering or IT-related discipline.
