Under the direction of the Contracts Manager you will provide a full range of commercial solutions to achieve positive outcomes for the program, the company, our partners and our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of management plans, including, ensuring that all required approvals are obtained
Drafts commercial correspondence for review by stakeholders
Support the identification of commercial risks, and the development and implementation of solutions
Under direction, utilising approved templates, draft and contribute to the negotiation of simple agreements, including contract variations and confidentiality agreements
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
A Degree in Business, Commerce or Law, with ideally 2 years relevant experience in a similar role
Demonstrated experience in the development and maintenance of positive customer/partner relationships
A self-motivated team player who is able to work independently with limited oversight
An ability to influence parties at an operational level to achieve objectives within a compliance framework
