Perform a wide variety of technical tasks in support of processes, engineering, quality, calibration, laboratories, production /test equipment, field operations, line maintenance and/or chemical handling and engineering tests. Design, Fabricate, troubleshoot, repair, maintain and install a wide variety of electronic, electromechanical, mechanical, hydraulic, computer laboratory and scientific equipment in electromechanical systems. Responsible for Preventative Maintenance on Company owned hydraulic equipment and vehicles. Sometimes responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other employees within group in the discipline of machining and fabrication operations.
- Mechanical/ Electrical fabrication, assembly and test
- 6+ years hands on experience in Machining operations with extensive knowledge of G-codes and numerical control
- 6+ years of troubleshooting and design experience with Allen Bradley PLC systems
- Ability to obtain DoD Secret Security Clearance
- US Citizenship
- Hydraulic systems
- Maintenance and repair of automotive and Industrial equipment
- Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree NOTE: In lieu of Bachelor's degree, candidate may also possess an Associate's degree with 10 years' related experience OR High School Diploma with 14 years' of related experience.
This position requires a U.S. person or the ability to obtain an Export Authorization from the appropriate government agency for non-U.S. persons.
