Mgr I Program Cost Sch& Ctl

Protected Communication Systems (PCS) is an exciting growing product line, with a dynamic portfolio of production, development and sustainment programs supporting Army, Navy, and Air Force customers. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter to help lead a new growth area for PCS with an ability to continue to grow within this role with its potential follow on business. This role will execute and lead external earned value management activities, manage CDRL requirements for finance, support IPDS gate activities, quarterly estimates at complete (EAC), and all other program financial control activities. Additional responsibilities include the P&L ownership and responsibility of this new and growing business. The P&L responsibilities include generate of the monthly forecast for bookings, sales, profit and cash, develop the annual operating plan and five year plan, and lastly be able to accurately develop and assess the associated risks and opportunity position. The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate results through predictable P&L mgt, R&O mgt, analyzed EAC packages, Program Mgt. Reviews, and timely information flow through the team and to management. The role will need to be able to effectively support and communicate with finance and program management, be able to operate effectively in a matrixed environment across functions to accomplish program and financial objectives.

Required Skills
  • Minimum 6+ Years Applicable Experience
  • Experience with Earned Value Management
  • P&L Management or Financial Planning Experience
  • Experience with managing DoD programs
  • Raytheon EVMS Certified

Desired Skills
  • Experience with DFAR Required EVMS Reporting
  • Excellent professional communication skills (Verbal and Written)
  • Experience with interpreting and providing guidance on FAR/DFAR
  • Ability apply, interpret, and provide financial leadership on Raytheon Policies and Procedures
  • Ability to multi-task and be able to support a dynamic team environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, APEX/SAP/PRISM
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or Related Major
