This is an exciting opportunity to join the RAYMES finance team as a Cost, Schedule and Financial Controls Analyst to gain challenging program experience while supporting a portfolio international, DCS programs. This individual will report directly to the In-Kingdom Business Manager and will be responsible for partnering with the program teams to assist in all aspects of financial management. Primary responsibilities include preparing and coordinating EACs, providing weekly and monthly cost variance analysis, baseline management and reporting of earned value (EVMS) metrics, and assisting with overhead performance analysis. As a member of the RAYMES finance team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to drive success at the program level by proactively engaging members of the program teams to provide in-depth analysis of program performance as well as troubleshoot and resolve program related issues and questions.
The successful candidate will have a strong desire to learn and further develop their understanding of program financial controls/operation, while demonstrating well developed critical thinking and problem solving skills. You will be highly motivated, maintain a positive attitude, and will employ excellent communication skills while building relationships with key personnel including the Program Manager, Controller, CONUS Program Team and the RAYMES Leadership Team.
- 4+ years of related work experience with program financial management activities
- Experience with SAP accounting system/Microsoft Analysis for Office reports and/or similar reports
- Demonstrates a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Power-point
- Ability to work on multiple engagements concurrently & operate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to perform in-depth analysis of complex data.
- Strong self-initiative, highly motivated individual with a positive attitude
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with Earned Value Management Principles and Processes and/or similar systems
Required Education (including Major):
- Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
