Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join the RAYMES finance team to gain international experience in support of a challenging international portfolio. We have an immediate need for a Program Cost Schedule and Control Lead for the HP, SNAP and DMR programs, to be responsible for partnering with the In Kingdom Program Management, CBTs and CETs in all aspects of financial management. Primary responsibilities involve preparing and coordinating EACs, baseline management and earned value (EVMS) reporting (weekly and monthly) as well as funding profiles, pricing, sales forecast, and variance analysis. The responsibilities also include: program review preparation, proactively working with the Integrated Product Team (IPT) / Finance teams in maintaining and analyzing program performance, as well as RAYMES overhead rate analysis.

The successful candidate will use their leadership attributes as a key business partner within a matrix business environment for aiding program level decisions and ensuring proper execution of directives. You will employ excellent communication skills, interacting with key personnel, including the General Manager, Program Manager, Controller, CONUS Program Team, RAYMES Leadership Team, and two direct reports.

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in program control and earned value. You will enjoy working within a large program team, participate and coordinate financial impacts program decision, as well as ensure program is FCPA compliant.

Required Skills:
  • Minimum 8+ years of related work experience with program financial management activities, including cost and scheduling.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management Principles and Processes and/or similar system
  • Experience with SAP accounting system/ Standard Business Warehouse reports and/or similar reports
Desired Skills
  • Ability to work on multiple engagements concurrently & operate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work in a multitasked, fast-paced, and changing environment
  • Ability to provide in depth analysis of complex data.
  • Previous International experience and/or ability to adapt to living and working overseas
  • International proposal and/or FP&A experience
  • Strong self-initiative, highly motivated individual with a positive attitude
  • R6Sigma Specialist, Earn Value Management System (EVMS) experience
  • Advanced degree in business and related industry experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Teaming and leadership skills
  • Proficient with the MS Office suite of tools
Required Education
  • Requires a related university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
