Senior Supply Chain Data Specialist
Purpose of Job -:
To provideCentral Support Services to the wider business focussed on Set-up of the Supply Base.
Main Responsibilities - :
Management of Vendor Data Master in SAP. (vendor set-up)
Due diligence, validation, and maintenance of Supplier Bank Details in SAP.
Own and execute vendor labour in SAP.
MLA and NDA management
Lead and execute material bid activities .
Speed of execution without impacting accuracy.
Time management and organisational skills
Supply chain knowledge preferred but not a gate to suitability for this role.
Mature outlook that appreciates the criticality of managing sensitive data
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
Strong influencing skills, must have ability to engage stakeholders.
Ability to learn quickly, analyse a problem, and deliver solutions.
Desire to automate a process and look for the efficient long term repeatable solution.
Flexibility to support other activities as may be required.
Education and Experience-:
Previous experience of managing critical data desirable
Working knowledge of SAP preferred
Ideally Degree Qualified (or equivalent)
CIPS qualified ideal, but not a gate to suitability for this role
