Opportunities are now available for System Engineers who want to be part of something big. This opportunity will see you become part of an innovative and exciting project to establish Electronic Warfare training ranges in Australia to support the ADF

As part of the Mobile Threat Training Emitting System (MTTES) project, our Engineers contribute to our mission by providing technical solutions to a wide range of challenging (and interesting) problems to meet the customer capability needs. They are required to provide requirements, design, verification and validation support to the project utilising ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness to ensure that cost and schedule constraints are managed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provision of system design and analysis activities
  • Creation of verification statements for requirements
  • Perform Systems Analysis to derive function, performance and interface requirements
  • Identify project and product risks and escalate, where appropriate
  • Ensure deliverables are consistent with project standards and procedures
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
  • Tertiary Qualification in relevant engineering discipline with eligibility for Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng)
  • At least 4 years’ experience in Systems Engineering involving one or more of the following: requirements definition, requirements management, analysis, design, verification and validation
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with numerous stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously or with minimal supervision and deliver completed work on schedule
  • The successful applicant must be eligible to obtain and maintain up to Negative Vetting Level 2 Security Clearance. Eligibility can be found at http://www.defence.gov.au/agsva
