Job Description:

The Integrated Air & Missile Defense (IAMD) team is seeking a motivated finance professional to join the Patriot Systems Upgrades business area as the Manager I. The primary responsibilities for this position will be to lead the management of cost control, schedule, EVMS compliance, and financial forecasting for the DSLC 81 LOT Program. This will include supporting various programs through initial setup of program earned value, quarterly EACs and ongoing leadership to ensure continued compliance with Raytheon policies and procedures. This position will require deliverable Earned Value, including monthly IPMR CDRLs and yearly CSDRs. The individual will lead a finance team of 1-2 analysts.
This position requires proactive leadership and significant partnership with the Program Manager and IPTs to ensure alignment regarding strategy, operating and financial objectives as well as being responsible for interaction with Customer representatives.
Position responsibilities will include establishing Baselines and Gate 5 positions, new or changing work scope, monthly variance analysis, supporting external deliverables (CDRLs), analysis and reporting of program performance and other ad hoc request. Mentoring key program personnel through the navigation of compliant EVMS execution will be a key to success. In addition the successful candidate will lead the program through the EAC process in order to support development of reasonable and compliant EACs aligned to Raytheon policies and procedures.

Required Skills:
  • 6+ years related work experience
  • Practical experience in applications of EVMS and Cost/Schedule integration and EAC development
  • Experience with Raytheon Company cost structures, program financial Analysis, FP&A, contract billings, and proposal processes.
  • Experience with SAP EV, PMX Tools, Microsoft Office Suite

Required Education (including Major):
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline
