The official face of Raytheon to the customer, our Commercial/Contracts and Subcontract team handles communication, negotiation and contract change activity from planning through to completion with both customers and suppliers, UK and International.
Working as a strategic business partner within Raytheon UK business, our ultimate aim is to deliver balanced, equitable deals that ensure mutual long-term success.
We hire for several core competencies in Commercial, Contracts, Subcontract and Export/Import, and actively look for individuals who can offer the diversity of thought necessary to effectively support contracts and relationships on an international scale.

- Customer Relationships, RFP Shaping/Analysis, Proposal Development/Response and Bid Strategy
- Customer and Subcontract Management and Engagement
- Negotiations, Contract Terms/Conditions, Contract Management and Governance
- Change Management, Problem Resolution, Disputes, Terminations and Close Out
- Export/Import
- Customer Relationships, Proposal Development/Response and Negotiations Support
- Procurement/SCM
Our Procurement and SCM team supports the direct and indirect business areas. Whether this is within our Power & Control components or Airborne Solutions businesses, there’s opportunities to get involved in strategic purchasing activities.
