Get Your Resume Ready

  • Update your experience and include any intern/co-op work experience and key accomplishments.
  • Make sure your contact information and email are updated after graduation. Many school email accounts expire after you graduate.
    • Tip: Be sure to use the email listed on your resume when creating your profile.

Create a Profile

  • If you have not already done so, complete an online profile and attach your resume at www.raytheon.com/campus.
    • Tip: You must have a profile built in our system in order to Apply for our jobs.

Search for Jobs and Apply, Apply, Apply

  • Search our campus jobs database for jobs of interest. You can apply to more than one job and are encouraged to apply for all that you are interested in and qualified for.

Understand the Application Review Process

  • Once you apply online, you will receive a confirmation email upon successfully applying for each position.
  • As you move forward, your qualifications and background will be considered.
  • In some cases you may receive a phone call to further explore your credentials.
  • Due to the high volume of applications, you will only be contacted if you are selected for a phone screen or on-site interview.

View Your Status

  • You can log back into your account at www.raytheon.com/campus at any time to view your status.
  • Please note, due to the high volume of applications and the timing of our recruiting process, it may be some time before final decisions are made and your status changes.

Moving Forward to an On-Site Interview

  • Candidates who are selected to move forward in the process will be contacted to schedule an on-site interview or a phone interview.
    • Note: At some campuses, we also conduct on-campus interviews. If you have been selected to meet with a member of our campus recruiting team for an on-campus interview, you must still follow the application process and apply online to be considered for a job at Raytheon.
  • If you are selected for an interview, please be prepared to discuss your skills, interests and accomplishments.

After the On-Site Interview

  • Our interview and decision process can vary throughout our businesses and locations
  • Be sure to ask your recruiter about the process, when they anticipate a hiring decision and when you should expect to hear from them next.

Our Selection and Offer Process

  • Collaborative efforts and specific criteria related to the position help us select the most qualified candidates for our open positions.
  • If selected for a position, an offer is extended and you'll receive a job offer packet. You can discuss questions and deadlines with your recruiter at any time.
  • Our offer letters give information on the position, salary and start date. In addition, details about our Background Check and Physical Screen, which includes a Drug Test, will be included in the packet.
